It was bewildering going through the gov.uk website for international arrivals to pick a suitable covid test provider from over 100 companies. I finally picked this one because it had an address and more importantly a telephone number. Many companies on the list only provided email for contact. My choice paid off, because during our isolation I had to call twice to understand a few issues too tedious to put into emails, the customer service could not be more helpful, as well as being very knowledgeable. We bought the test combo with the optional “test to release” option. All our kits arrived about two days ahead of each scheduled test date and were well packed.
