4MCS is recruiting part-time clinical staff to support our expanding research and treatment programmes in Manchester and London. We are seeking 2 Psychiatrists/SPR in Psychiatry and 2 Clinical Psychologists to work with multidisciplinary teams developing and delivering innovative therapies for mental health.
You will contribute clinically and academically to treatment planning, patient assessment, and outcome evaluation. Duties include conducting psychiatric/psychological assessments, delivering evidence-based interventions, collaborating with research staff, maintaining clinical records to regulatory standards, and supporting service development. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge projects that bridge clinical care and transformative research.

Conduct psychiatric / psychological assessments and diagnostic formulation.
Deliver evidence-based treatments and therapeutic interventions appropriate to role.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement care/research protocols.
Contribute to collection and interpretation of clinical outcome data.
Maintain up-to-date clinical records and ensure compliance with governance and safety procedures.
Support service development and participate in team meetings, training and supervision.
Communicate with patients, carers and external agencies in a professional manner.
Full, valid UK GMC registration (Psychiatrists) or HCPC/BPS registration as appropriate (Clinical Psychologists).
Higher training or equivalent experience for SPR (Specialist Registrar) posts for Psychiatry roles.
Demonstrable experience delivering evidence-based interventions and assessment in adult mental health.
Strong communication and multidisciplinary team working skills.
Ability to maintain accurate clinical records and comply with governance/regulatory requirements.
Right to work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) preferred.
