4MCS is seeking an organised and motivated Receptionist/Administrator to support our Clinical Research site in London. The successful candidate will assist the research team by providing essential administrative and operational support, including data collection, sample processing, and logistical coordination.

The role involves a balance of front-desk duties and back-office administrative responsibilities within a supportive research environment.
Key duties include:
Providing administrative support to research and clinical teams.
Assisting with data collection, entry, and documentation.
Managing laboratory stock, courier arrangements, and sample logistics.
Maintaining organised records and ensuring adherence to internal processes.
Coordinating daily office operations and supporting study setup and closure.
